Pool CleaningSCHEDULING: It is now time to sign up for pool cleanings if your current seasons dues have been paid. Over the past few years the Board has been investigating the use of an outside
company for pool maintenance. This has come about as it has become increasingly difficult to fill the spots required for cleaning the pool and has taken more effort to keep the chemistry of the pool in line. This year the board has decided to outsource the cleaning and chemistry of the pool to SwimRight Pool and Spa Inc. They will be cleaning the pool on Monday and Thursday and will be installing a Chlorinator to assist in keeping the chemistry consistent. We will have a spot each week for someone interested and able to clean the pool with the following responsibilities: Clean Bathrooms and empty trash on Tuesday and Saturday Vacuum pool on Saturday There is no longer a requirement to clean every day or to check the pool chemistry. Each person that signs up will be required to attend a class on vacuuming the pool. Members will be allowed to sign up for two weeks of cleaning and will receive a $50 credit per week off the following year’s bill. Please email Chris Dalton to request a week to clean, first come, first served. REMINDERS: * NO ONE is allowed in the pool while it is being cleaned. * Please note if their is a party scheduled on the calendar, cleaning needs to be done before the party. Full credits will NOT be given if the pool is not cleaned properly. |
Grass Cutting
SCHEDULING: Cutting will be once every two weeks unless conditions warrant otherwise. Cutting should preferably be done on Thursday, but no later than Friday evening (weather permitting of course). All grass must be cut every time, including outside the fence and by the road. You are expected to be able to bring and use a weed-eater, and a mower. If you prefer to bring your own riding mower, be sure to get the code to the double gates prior to going. If you would like to be added to the schedule and have paid this seasons dues please contact Chris Dalton to request a week to cut, first come- first served.
PAYMENT: You may elect to be paid directly for grass ($50.00) or you may elect to have a credit applied to your next year's bill. Be sure to give Chris your payment preference when requesting to cut. |
