Grass Cutting
SCHEDULING: Cutting will be once every two weeks unless conditions warrant otherwise. Cutting should preferably be done on Thursday, but no later than Friday evening (weather permitting of course). All grass must be cut every time, including outside the fence and by the road. You are expected to be able to bring and use a weed-eater, and there is a push mower available. If you prefer to bring your own riding mower, be sure to get the code to the double gates prior to going. Please contact Debbie by May 17th to request a week to cut, first come- first served.
PAYMENT: You may elect to be paid directly for grass ($50.00) or you may elect to have a credit applied to your next year's bill. Be sure to give Debbie your payment preference when requesting to cut.
